Operating at Abu Dhabi International Airport Terminal A, TRSS is a distinguished joint venture between ARI Middle East (ARIME)—one of the largest travel retail operators globally—and local partners. TRSS runs retail outlets spanning perfume, cosmetics, skincare, jewelry, and sunglasses. With over 100 global and Arabic brands across an 18,000 m² terminal space, TRSS delivers an immersive and culturally rich travel retail experience.

Retail Sales Manager

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 19,200 per month
Visa provided for spouse and up to 2 children
Medical insurance (Category A, including dental and optical)
Life insurance
Annual air ticket allowance
Working schedule includes weekends (no overnight shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

Take full accountability for business performance on a shift basis
Oversee shop operations while maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor
Drive a “customer before task” culture and coach team members
Achieve sales targets and maximize performance across departments
Lead, support, and develop team members while acting as a role model
Foster employee engagement, development, and retention
Maintain high shop floor standards and ensure operational excellence
Collaborate with central support teams and manage escalations when needed

Requirements:

Commitment to organizational values and retail excellence
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in beauty, hospitality, or retail management
Strong people management and leadership skills
Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results
Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively
Experience in premium or luxury retail is an advantage
