Urgent Job Vacancies at Abu Dhabi Airport by TRSS Abu Dhabi
People Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Yomly (TRSS HRIS system) and personnel files
- Prepare onboarding documentation and liaise with IT to set up new employee files
- Coordinate medical tests, bus cards, uniforms, and inductions for new hires
- Support the PRO team with visa residency and airport pass processes
- Assist the Payroll Administrator with Time & Attendance (T&A) reconciliation
- Maintain probation review trackers and employee confirmation records
- Liaise with Stock Operations to arrange key event gifts
- Prepare contract amendments for promotions and benefit changes
- Manage the exit clearance process for employees leaving the organization
- Verify and submit invoices for approval and payment for SEHA and employee transportation
- Ensure employee files are audit-ready at all times
- Provide support to the People Team with ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE HR experience
- Qualification in HR or a related discipline
