Talabat UAE is hiring for the following roles:
1️⃣ Coordinator – Vendor Operations (Non-Food Verticals)
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
📅 Experience: 2+ years in a similar operations/admin role
🗣 Languages: English & Hindi required (Arabic is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support non-food partners with onboarding, catalog accuracy, and quality assurance
- Monitor inventory and assortment parity to reduce out-of-stock issues
- Assist vendors with promotions, internal tools, and operational queries
- Analyze data to track KPIs and propose improvements
- Maintain excellent service standards for vendor support
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Intermediate Excel and analytical skills
- Highly organized with strong communication abilities
- Performance-driven and collaborative team player
2️⃣ Logistics Inventory Support
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
📅 Experience: 3–4 years in warehouse or inventory roles (preferably eCommerce)
🗣 Languages: English & Urdu/Hindi required (Arabic is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect inventory; update records in ERP and Google Sheets
- Ensure timely distribution of items to riders based on demand
- Respond to rider/fleet inquiries professionally
- Conduct stock counts and manage reusable/scrap inventory
- Coordinate with disposal vendors for scrapping procedures
Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma or equivalent education
- Proficient in inventory systems and documentation
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Comfortable working in high-paced, field-based logistics environments
