Customer Service Agent
Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, operations) to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle DTCM guest registration and compliance
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (holiday homes experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Italian, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of DTCM guest registration preferred
