Business Development Manager – Indian Corridor
A financial organization is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to manage and grow the remittance business to India.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand remittance operations to India
- Drive customer acquisition and increase transaction counts and volume
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and high-value customers
- Monitor corridor performance and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure competitive pricing and excellent customer service
- Coordinate with branches to achieve business targets
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in remittance/exchange house operations
- Proven track record handling India remittance corridor
- Strong understanding of market trends, pricing, and competition
- Experience in business development and customer acquisition
- Ability to develop and manage HNI/high-value customers
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
