1. IT Help Desk Engineer – POS & End-User Support
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in IT support (POS & end-user)
- Experience in POS installation/configuration
- Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows OS, networking)
- UAE driving license + own car (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Install & maintain POS systems across stores
- Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers
- Resolve IT tickets and maintain documentation
- Visit retail locations for technical support
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues
2. Senior IT Support Specialist
