Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000
Role Overview:
Rider Arabia is seeking Airport Coordinators who are passionate about customer service, VIP hospitality, and airport operations support, ensuring smooth, memorable experiences for travellers arriving and departing through major UAE airports.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support VIP guest arrivals and departures
- Assist with airport operations and guest movement logistics
- Deliver high-standard customer service to international and VIP travellers
- Communicate effectively with guests, ground staff, and transportation teams
- Maintain a calm, professional service presence during high-traffic periods
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in customer service, airport operations, hospitality or aviation preferred (min. 1–3 years)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language ability advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Professional, service-oriented attitude with attention to detail
- Willingness to work onsite at Abu Dhabi airport locations
