Director, People & Culture
📍 Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) is seeking a Director of People & Culture — a visionary HR leader to shape the people strategy driving one of the UAE’s fastest-growing tourism destinations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead HR transformation, culture development, and Emiratisation initiatives across the Emirate’s tourism ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement RAKTDA’s comprehensive HR and people strategy.
- Oversee organizational design, governance, and workforce transformation.
- Drive leadership development, talent acquisition, and Emiratisation programs.
- Enhance employee engagement, well-being, and employer brand (EVP).
- Champion a forward-thinking culture of innovation, inclusion, and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior strategic or transformation roles.
- Proven expertise in organizational design, culture building, and stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and public-sector frameworks.
- Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills.
