Role Overview:
As an ECP Coordinator, you will ensure the successful planning, execution, and promotion of all extracurricular programs, including internal clubs and external trips. The role aligns closely with ADEK and Ministry of Education guidelines and supports the school’s mission to offer a balanced and enriching educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ECP schedules, registration, and term-based offerings via SchoolsBuddy
- Collaborate with athletics, performing arts, and external vendors for diverse programming
- Ensure ADEK approvals, risk assessments, and policy compliance for trips and activities
- Manage all logistics related to ECPs including space booking, communication, and reporting
- Support after-hours programs and liaise with parents and providers as needed
- Assist in marketing ECPs through social media and school newsletters

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional morning reception coverage, welcoming students and visitors
- Offer daily administrative support to executive and departmental PAs
- Coordinate with cleaning staff and manage meeting room bookings
- Support school-wide event logistics and end-of-year celebrations
- Handle calls and emails from parents, ensuring timely communication
- Assist the communications department and attend Arabic meetings for translation
