Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Visit merchants to present and onboard them onto Omnispay’s platform
- Explain the value and features of our digital payment solutions
- Develop strong client relationships through in-person meetings
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored product solutions
Customer Support:
- Assist new clients with account setup and troubleshooting
- Provide clear, friendly, and efficient support post-onboarding
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Collect feedback to help improve our services and user experience
Omnispay Dubai is Looking for:
- Fresh graduates from any academic background
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
