Head of Parent Experience and Engagement
Location: Dubai
Nord Anglia Education Middle East seeks an exceptional individual to join the UAE regional team as Head of Parent Experience & Engagement. This newly created role is suited for a customer-centric leader who excels in premium service environments and is passionate about enhancing every stage of the parent journey across multiple schools.
Role Overview
The Head of Parent Experience and Engagement is responsible for shaping, elevating, and continuously improving the end-to-end parent experience across the organisation. The role focuses on:
- Leading and enhancing the parent and student onboarding journey, ensuring each new family feels welcomed, informed, and connected from enrolment through their first days at school.
- Driving parent engagement, satisfaction, and retention through effective communication tools, data insights, and consistent service excellence.
- Analysing parent survey data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement across all touchpoints of the parent lifecycle.
- Overseeing retention and offboarding processes, ensuring departing families experience a smooth and supportive transition within the Nord Anglia network.
- Collaborating closely with admissions, marketing, and school leadership teams to ensure the customer journey reflects the values and standards of a premium international brand.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience, marketing, or client services, ideally within premium education, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong expertise in journey mapping, onboarding design, and satisfaction measurement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving customer-centred improvements.
- High levels of organisation, data literacy, and a passion for delivering an exceptional parent experience.
- Previous experience within an international school or parent-facing role is considered an advantage.
