Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, practical on-site training to cleaning and housekeeping teams
- Evaluate operational practices and identify performance improvement opportunities
- Develop training materials aligned with industry standards and company procedures
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Support supervisors and operations teams in maintaining service excellence
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Cleaning, Hospitality, or Facilities Management
- Strong on-site operational exposure (essential)
- BICSc certification (strong advantage)
- Valid UAE driving license
Assistant Contracts Manager & Contracts Administrator
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi
Industry: Industrial Food Services & Facilities Management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (facilities management or food services industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial principles
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in the UAE market is an advantage
