1. Retail Associate
🔹 Department: Retail
🔹 Type: Full-Time
🔹 Role:
Serve as the front face of guest experience within the retail environment. Responsible for assisting visitors with product selection, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Engage guests with a positive attitude, product knowledge, and effective selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests warmly; provide product recommendations
- Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash, card, and vouchers
- Maintain merchandise displays and restock shelves as needed
- Support inventory counts and assist with quarterly/yearly audits
- Promote ongoing offers and work towards sales targets
- Address guest queries and minor complaints professionally
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to brand guidelines
- Physically able to lift stock, stand for long periods, and work in varied conditions
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems

- Previous theme park or hospitality experience is advantageous
2. API Integration Manager

Lead the implementation and optimization of API integrations for digital platforms across Miral Experiences. This role bridges technical systems with business needs, ensuring seamless connectivity with OTAs and global partners, while maintaining high performance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of API integrations—from planning to deployment
- Coordinate with product, sales, and tech teams for smooth system alignment
- Ensure API solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards
- Monitor integration performance using tools like Postman or Swagger
- Implement security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS)
- Maintain clear documentation and onboarding guides for partners
- Resolve issues swiftly and drive continuous improvement in API processes
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in API management, ideally in tourism, travel tech, or eCommerce
- Hands-on with RESTful APIs, XML, SOAP, and common integration platforms
- Knowledge of OTAs, GDSs, and channel management systems (e.g., SiteMinder, Travelbox)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and delivery focus
- Multilingual ability is a bonus (Arabic, Russian, etc.)
