Import Export & Logistics Jobs
Import Executive – Consumer Electronics
Department: Import / Logistics
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Check and monitor container arrivals on a daily basis and coordinate timely clearance
- Follow up on original shipping documents against LC/TT shipments
- Verify non-negotiable documents after shipment loading
- Coordinate and follow up on insurance cover/advice against shipments
- Follow up with shipping agents for Delivery Order (D/O)
- Coordinate Sharjah Customs BOE (Bill of Entry) passing after container arrival and ensure timely processing
- Submit original Bill of Lading (BL) to the shipping agent and maintain copies for company records
- Follow up on freight invoices and ensure proper posting in the ERP/system
- Verify transport invoices and ensure proper system posting
- Prepare export and shop invoices, packing lists and other required documentation
- Follow up on export payments, including advance and balance payments
- Follow up on export customs exit documents required for VAT claims
- Prepare import purchase invoices in the system
- Scan important container/shipment documents and attach them to the relevant TT/reference
- Prepare the monthly Sharjah Customs report and share it with management and the Finance team
- Ensure all original documents are submitted to Dubai and Sharjah Customs within the required timeline
- Maintain accurate Goods-in-Transit statements with complete shipment information as per purchase invoices
- Prepare shipment cost sheets after receiving the Goods Inward Receipt
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers regarding production and shipment status
- Carry out pre-planning for upcoming ready-container loading
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in import/export, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG
- Good knowledge of UAE Customs procedures, particularly Dubai and Sharjah Customs
- Practical experience with LC and TT shipments
- Good understanding of Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, BOE, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, COO and other shipping documents
- Experience coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs clearing agents and transport companies
E-Commerce Jobs
E-Commerce Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce operations across online marketplaces
- Coordinate product listings, pricing, stock and promotions
- Process and monitor online orders and fulfilment
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales and customer service teams
- Monitor sales, inventory and marketplace performance
- Handle customer queries and order-related issues
- Prepare sales and performance reports
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Experience with Amazon, Noon or similar marketplaces is preferred
- Good knowledge of Excel and e-commerce platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- UAE experience is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be an advantage
