Implementation Project Manager – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Role Overview
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) system implementations within healthcare organizations. The role requires strong project management expertise, deep understanding of healthcare IT, and hands-on experience with Dubai healthcare regulatory frameworks and integrations.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or Business (mandatory)
- Master’s degree preferred
- PMP certification (mandatory)
- Change management certifications are an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in healthcare IT project management
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience implementing RCM systems in hospital environments
- 3–5 years of healthcare project experience within Dubai
- Proven experience with DHA approvals
- Demonstrated experience in NABIDH integration and compliance
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet
- Solid knowledge of data migration processes
- Experience with HL7 and FHIR integrations
Dubai-Specific Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of DHA regulatory processes
- Hands-on experience with NABIDH onboarding and technical specifications
- Familiarity with JCI technology standards applicable to healthcare facilities in Dubai
Clinical Social Worker
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Role Overview
The Clinical Social Worker provides psychosocial support, counseling, and intervention services to individuals and families, contributing to patient wellbeing and coordinated care within a clinical or healthcare setting.
Education & Qualifications
- DHA license or eligibility as a Clinical Social Worker (mandatory)
