J&T Express UAE Latest Jobs – Admin Executive
Job Location: Dubai South, United Arab Emirates
Job Responsibilities
- Operate the assigned administrative vehicle safely along designated routes during day shifts
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of staff from assigned locations
- Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and roadworthiness of administrative vehicles
- Report vehicle maintenance issues or breakdowns immediately to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption data
- Handle emergency situations (accidents, medical issues, or vehicle breakdowns) responsibly
- Ensure staff safety and maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
- Support the Admin Manager in managing administrative drivers and vehicles, including:
- Driver scheduling
- Vehicle repair and maintenance
- Insurance coordination
- Vehicle passing and renewal
- Accident handling
- Vehicle registration and cancellation
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or line manager
Job Requirements
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
- Prior UAE experience in a similar role is mandatory
