General Requirements:
- Valid DHA / MOH / DOH license or eligibility letter (as applicable)
- Relevant medical or nursing degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the respective specialty (UAE or GCC experience preferred)
- Proven expertise in clinical excellence, patient safety, and compassionate care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
- Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced hospital environment
- For nursing and technical roles – BLS/ACLS certification is mandatory
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
