Senior Officer: Admin & Logistics
Location: UAE
Sector: Facilities Management / Admin & Logistics
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate leasing/refurbishment of staff accommodations; ensure cleanliness and HSE compliance.
- Monitor accommodation-related expenditures to meet annual targets.
- Manage onboarding “soft pack” arrangements and maintain camp records.
- Oversee AMC contracts with TFM suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor daily staff transportation, ensuring punctuality and accurate records.
