1️⃣ Engineer – Lake & Beach
📍 Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage lake treatment and beach cleaning operations.
- Monitor water quality parameters, ensuring effective algae removal and organic load reduction.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as raking boats, aerators, and cleaning machines.
- Supervise sludge removal, floating algae skimming, weed management, and odor control processes.
- Coordinate with municipal and environmental authorities to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Lead and train field teams to achieve high performance and environmental quality outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Marine Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in lake/beach management or environmental operations.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning machinery and water treatment systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of environmental safety and regulatory compliance.
2️⃣ Plant Supervisor
📍 Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and inspection activities to minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage production schedules, optimize resource utilization, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce health and environmental policies.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate plant staff to achieve performance targets.
- Prepare reports and ensure adherence to regulatory and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (mandatory).
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, and Maximo systems.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Experience in Facilities Management, Waste Management, or Recycling operations.
- Strong understanding of production management, plant processes, and safety compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
