1️⃣ Head of Marketing & Brand
📍 Location: Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand and marketing strategy for HIA to ensure brand evolution, relevance, and consistency across all channels.
- Set and track KPIs and ROI targets for paid, owned, and earned media campaigns to measure effectiveness.
- Plan long-term media mix strategies to enhance brand awareness and optimize marketing efficiency.
- Define creative direction with a global-local approach to maintain message consistency and local relevance.
- Establish and enforce brand governance frameworks and compliance guidelines.
- Oversee cross-channel brand campaigns across digital and ATL platforms to ensure consistency and impact.
- Direct creative development and content strategies to deliver cohesive, high-quality brand communications.
- Use audience insights and analytics to refine content priorities, channel strategy, and campaign design.
- Manage internal teams and agency partners to ensure timely, brand-compliant campaign delivery.
- Own and allocate marketing budgets to maximize ROI and resource utilization.
- Maintain campaign calendars, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with internal governance policies.
- Collaborate across Qatar Airways Group entities to ensure unified marketing and branding approaches.
- Drive innovation, creative excellence, and performance improvements through data-driven insights.
- Perform additional duties as required by the Head of Department.
2️⃣ Manager Development
📍 Location: Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and investment proposals for airport projects.
- Align infrastructure initiatives with long-term capital planning and transformation goals.
- Support governance processes through preparation of Investment Committee submissions.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning sessions to align development programs with operational needs.
- Define project scopes in line with regulatory, strategic, and master planning objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments, benefit analysis, and feasibility reviews for infrastructure proposals.
- Collaborate with PMO and delivery teams to ensure readiness and smooth execution.
- Track performance metrics and ensure benefit realization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and post-project evaluations.
- Maintain close collaboration with departments such as Operations, Engineering, IT, and Commercial.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure development, airport planning, or project delivery.
- Expertise in feasibility analysis, capital investment planning, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with ICAO, IATA, and regional regulatory frameworks (GCC experience preferred).
- Strong skills in business case development, stakeholder coordination, and governance compliance.
- Experience with digital or AI-based planning tools and sustainable infrastructure design is an advantage.
3️⃣ Compliance Monitoring Officer
📍 Location: Doha, Qatar
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing the Compliance Monitoring System within MATAR.
- Ensure compliance of Hamad and Doha International Airports with QCAA Aerodrome Licensing Requirements (EASA QCAR 006).
- Review and update operational and maintenance SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain Certification Basis (CB) documents for both airports.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to aerodrome safety standards.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions post safety audits.
- Prepare audit checklists and monitor corrective action implementation.
- Regularly review Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) data for accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience in aerodrome operations or internal audits.
- Strong understanding of ICAO Annex 14 and Aerodrome Safety Management Systems.
- Prior experience in compliance monitoring or quality assurance within aviation.
- Skilled in preparing technical documents, manuals, and SOPs.
- Completed training in Safety Management System (SMS) Implementation.
4️⃣ Senior BHS & HBSS Systems Specialist
📍 Location: Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance, operation, and performance of Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) and Hold Baggage Screening Systems (HBSS).
- Ensure IT and operational technology systems meet required security, functionality, and reliability standards.
- Monitor contractors and service providers for adherence to SLAs, spare parts management, and maintenance quality.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and integration of new BHS and HBSS facilities.
- Conduct risk and root-cause analyses, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) for BHS/HBSS are current and effective.
- Maintain system documentation, design drawings, SOPs, and operational manuals.
- Manage audits, quality assurance, and compliance with cybersecurity and IT governance standards.
- Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and system improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure alignment with the Asset Management System (AMS) and Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in design, development, and testing of baggage handling and security systems.
- Certified LEAN or LEAN SIX SIGMA Green Belt or higher.
- Experience in commissioning and maintaining automated sortation and in-line screening systems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT/OT integration, and system lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and technical coordination skills.
