About the Role
Gulfa is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor with a strong background in the water production industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards, while maintaining compliance with ISO, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct microbiological testing, audits, and inspections.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal, and AIB standards.
- Lead and train the QA/QC team to maintain consistent quality operations.
- Collaborate with production and management teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- ISO and HACCP certifications are mandatory.
- 7–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the food or water production industry.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal, and AIB standards.
- Proficiency in microbiological testing, auditing, and complaint management.
