Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong understanding of UAE payroll regulations and labor laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing end-to-end payroll processing and maintaining payroll records.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.
Administration – Al Zahrawi & Al Oraibi Hospital Ras Al Khaimah Jobs
Insurance cum Admin Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Insurance Manager in a hospital setting in the UAE (mandatory).
- Experience managing end-to-end medical insurance processes for outpatient and inpatient services.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims, pre-authorizations, billing guidelines, and UAE healthcare regulations.
- Experience coordinating with insurance companies, TPAs, corporate clients, and government authorities.
