Eligibility Criteria
- 8–12 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the construction or contracting industry in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws, construction law, and FIDIC-based contracts (including bespoke conditions)
- Proven experience in handling claims, disputes, arbitration, and mediation
