REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loans
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the UAE direct sales agency (DSA) banking sector
- Strong background in personal loans
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of UAE banking products, policies, and compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
