1️⃣ System Administrator & ERP Lead
Role Overview
Take full ownership of the company’s ERP ecosystem, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and end-user environments, ensuring system stability, security, automation, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage ERP, POS & BI systems (performance, data integrity, vendor coordination)
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Manage cloud & hybrid platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Oversee Windows & Linux servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, patching
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery & DR testing readiness
• Application deployment & patch management (WSUS / Intune)
• Lead SalesWorx migration & device readiness
• Drive automation using Power Automate & scripting
• Maintain ERP documentation, SOPs & training materials
• Conduct ERP access reviews & support audits
• Participate in on-call & emergency support rotations
Skills & Experience
• ERP administration & system integration
• Microsoft 365 & server management
• Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Endpoint security, backup & automation
• Power Automate / PowerShell scripting
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 3–5+ years in system administration & ERP environments
• Relevant certifications are a plus
