Cabin Crew (UAE Assessment Centre)
Dubai, UAE
Role Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Minimum height of 158 cm (as per safety regulations)
- Well-groomed and professional appearance in line with company standards
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Valid passport required
- Medically fit and able to pass an aero-medical examination
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Confident in water while wearing a flotation device
- Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer service–oriented
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
- Strong safety awareness and ability to respond calmly in emergencies
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (aviation, hospitality, or retail preferred)
- International aviation experience is an advantage
Training Bond:
- USD 2,650 (approx. AED 9,700) applicable for the first year
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary Package: AED 8,275 (Basic + Housing + Transportation)
- Variable Flying Pay: Average AED 4,500/month (based on ~90 flying hours)
