Requirements:

Philippine nationality preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a related role.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Administrative Coordinator

Requirements:

Arab nationality preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in administration or coordination.
Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with experience in preparing reports and spreadsheets.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate between departments.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks and documentation.
Experience with filing systems, archiving, and document management.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Document Controller

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience as a Document Controller (Construction/MEP experience preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control procedures.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage project documents, drawings, transmittals, and document registers.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
