Requirements:
- Proven experience in the driving school.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage walk-in customers, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer journey
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through calls, emails, and in-person visits

- Handle customer grievances professionally
- Perform data entry across various platforms
- Facilitate the complete customer journey
Requirements:
- Industry experience preferred
- Fluency in English & Arabic (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
