Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers at the testing centers. Your role ensures smooth processing of vehicle testing and registration through accurate data entry, payment handling, and customer interaction. Duties include:
- Accurately entering customer details from submitted documents into the system for RTA processing
- Issuing test result certificates and assisting customers with payment for tests
- Explaining vehicle test failure points or guiding customers to the appropriate supervisor
- Providing clear, friendly guidance to customers during each stage of the registration or testing process
- Handling all cash transactions, reconciling end-of-shift reports, and securely handing over funds to the Site Manager
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the professional image of ENOC
- Building strong rapport with both customers and RTA staff at the site
Candidate Requirements
To be eligible for this position, applicants should meet the following:
- 🎓 Education: High School Certificate (Higher Secondary)
- 🧑💼 Experience: 1–2 years in a customer-facing or administrative role
- 💻 Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency
- 🗣️ Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written), basic English communication skills required
- 🤝 Courteous, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- 👔 Well-groomed and able to work in a multicultural environment
