Position: Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Dubai Industrial City

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and last-minute schedule changes
- Handle emails, phone calls, and sensitive information with complete discretion and professionalism
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes within tight deadlines
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items
- Provide personal and administrative support as required, including overtime when necessary
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant to a Director or General Manager, or relevant administrative experience in the UAE
- Fluency in English and Tagalog (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle confidential matters
