🧑💼 Position: Data Entry Assistant
Cozmo Logistics is currently hiring a Data Entry Assistant to support day-to-day operations by ensuring accurate and efficient documentation within the Cargowise logistics system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in the Cargowise system in line with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support documentation, operational reports, and compliance tracking.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity across all logistics-related inputs.
- Perform regular audits to identify and correct any data discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing shipment records, billing documentation, and operational summaries when needed.
Role Requirements:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support roles (logistics industry experience is a plus).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/logistics systems (Cargowise experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
