Carawan Electrical & Mechanical Works is hiring for the following roles in Dubai:
Position: Site Store Keeper (MEP)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: MEP / Construction / Site Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store MEP materials on site (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and approved specs
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
- Generate daily/weekly usage reports for the site engineer or procurement team
- Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and reconcile records
- Prepare material requisitions and consumption reports
- Ensure safe handling and storage, including hazardous substances
- Keep storage areas organized to prevent loss or damage
- Maintain HSE compliance and proper filing of delivery notes, MIRs, and submittals
- Track issuance and return of tools, maintain calibration and servicing logs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience in a similar MEP store-keeping or materials role
- Strong knowledge of MEP materials and site workflows
- Currently residing in the UAE (mandatory)
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and detail-oriented skills
- Familiarity with construction documentation and working under pressure
