MASAKEN Facility Management by Binghatti Group is urgently looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the following roles:
1. Electrician
General Requirements:
- Possesses experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Understands safety procedures and electrical codes.
2. Painter
General Requirements:
- Demonstrates proficiency in surface preparation, painting, and finishing.
- Maintains accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
3. AC Technician
General Requirements:
- Has knowledge of HVAC systems installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnoses cooling issues and performs system troubleshooting.
4. Carpenter – Joinery
General Requirements:
- Performs high-quality joinery work including cutting, assembling, and finishing wood components.
- Reads and interprets technical drawings.
5. Multi-Technician
General Requirements:
- Handles a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.
- Provides rapid response to facility issues.
6. Aluminum Fitter
General Requirements:
- Installs and repairs aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and related fittings.
