Role Overview:
Binghatti is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in tele-sales or customer service, with a strong ability to engage clients, generate leads, and support service-based offerings — preferably in the real estate or facility management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Qualify, follow up, and nurture leads to conversion.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Deliver service information clearly and persuasively to prospects.
- Follow structured call scripts and handle objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in tele-sales or customer service, ideally in real estate or facility management.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Proficient in using CRM tools and managing sales call logs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet targets.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-first mindset.
