Head of Teaching & Learning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or a university degree in a relevant field with a recognized educational qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching, curriculum development, and academic leadership.
- Strong understanding of teaching and learning frameworks, assessment strategies, and school improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to mentor teachers and drive continuous improvement in teaching standards.
- Experience in curriculum planning, staff development, and educational quality assurance.
- Nationality preference: UK or US.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international curricula and best educational practices is an advantage.
Bilingual HR Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience within a school environment (mandatory).
- Knowledge of KHDA and SPEA regulations and requirements.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and educational sector HR practices.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
