Al Shamsi Holdings Job Position: Inventory Controller
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock levels across retail stores and warehouses
- Perform periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and store teams
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure compliance with company policies
- Generate regular inventory reports and insights for management
- Ensure stock availability to meet customer demands while avoiding overstock
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory or stock control (retail sector preferred)
- Proficient in inventory management systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
