Technical Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
- Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
Project Manager
- Extensive experience in managing high-rise projects.
- Strong leadership and project execution capabilities.
QA/QC Manager
- Civil Engineering background.
- High-rise project experience required.
- Arabic nationality preferred.
QA/QC Engineer
- Civil Engineering background.
- Experience in high-rise construction projects.
Claims Manager – Commercial
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise.
- High-rise project experience required.
MEP Coordinator
- Proven coordination experience in high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site coordination.
Architect
- Experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong technical and design coordination skills.
Quantity Surveyor (MEP)
- Experience in MEP works for high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost control and contract administration.
Foreman – Civil (Finishing & Concrete)
- Experience in finishing and concrete works for high-rise projects.
- Strong site supervision skills.
Skilled & Operator Roles
Storekeeper
- Minimum 1 year of construction experience (UAE or home country).
- Knowledge of material handling and inventory control.
Bobcat Operator
- Valid UAE License – Category 8 (mandatory).
Forklift Operator
- Valid UAE License – Category 8 (mandatory).
Power Electrician
- Experience in construction/building projects preferred.
Petrol Mechanic
- Experience in maintenance and repair of petrol-powered equipment.
Generator Electrician
- Experience in installation and maintenance of generators.
Hydraulic Mechanic
- Experience in hydraulic systems and heavy equipment maintenance.
Draughtsman
- Freshers welcome with strong high-rise project exposure in home country.
- Proficiency in drafting software required.
Added Advantage:
- Experience in UAE/Gulf region.
- Experience in construction (buildings) industry.
