Customer Service Agent
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle assigned customer calls, chats, emails, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, branches, customers, banks, and service providers to ensure prompt issue resolution.
