Hotel Coordinator – Immediate Start
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🏨 Mid-career role (2+ years of experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assist hotel, airport, and mall guests with pre-booked and walk-in limousine requests
- Promote and secure on-the-spot bookings professionally
- Provide exceptional, courteous customer service at partner locations
- Act as the face of Al Ghazal Transport in premium hospitality settings
- Liaise with dispatch to ensure efficient vehicle allocation and timely service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, transport, or guest services
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
