1. Customer Support Centre Agent
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🟢 Department: Al-Futtaim Retail
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a seamless and inspiring customer experience across all non-face-to-face channels.
- Respond to emails and social media complaints within 24 hours.
- Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Aim for first-contact resolution and maintain high-quality communication.
- Proactively manage TMS updates, delay notifications, and callback requests.
- Monitor coverage and workload to maintain service levels.
- Comply with SOPs and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Call center experience, ideally with Genesys or CRM systems.
