Counter Staff
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Job Summary:
The Counter Staff is responsible for managing remittance transactions, supporting customers with financial services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing remittances through direct and third-party channels.
- Provide clients with accurate product information and details of available services.
- Assist in handling wage disbursements and WPS file submissions.
- Process transactions efficiently through a single service window.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with operations for resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information at all times.
- Support compliance functions, including KYC, CDD, and EDD procedures.
- Process WPS salaries and manage SIF file operations.
- Uphold a professional and welcoming approach toward customers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service quality standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Finance graduate or related qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
Operations Executive (Female)

Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the exchange house sector
- Graduate in Finance or a related field
- Strong command of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle calls from branches regarding inquiries and complaints
- Check issued bank deposits and follow up on transfers with agents and branches
- Manage amendments, cancellations, urgent assistance, and other branch-related inquiries
- Prepare and process documentation including bank remittances, amendments, refunds, and cancellations
- Ensure all information is accurately encoded in the system
- Perform end-of-day checks and verify daily reports
- Monitor Outlook emails, respond accordingly, and print confirmations for bank transactions
