Al Aswaq Hypermarket Ras Al Khaimah – Vacancies in Sharjah & Ras Al Khaimah
HR Typist / Assistant PRO
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, type, and submit official letters, forms, and applications accurately.
- Process transactions on UAE government portals such as Tasheel, OHC, E-Channel, and other relevant systems.
- Coordinate with HR regarding employee visas, labour cards, medical procedures, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate filing and systematic record-keeping of all official documents.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.
- Perform efficient data entry and document tracking.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation).
- Proven experience handling UAE visa, labour, immigration, pension, municipality, OHC, and related systems.
- Ability to manage large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computers and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Arabic and English preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License required.
