Buyer – Non-Food
Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekend & month-end non-food promotions (leaflets, execution, analysis)
- Liaise with suppliers for upcoming promotions and evaluate performance
- Oversee non-food sections for availability and sales performance
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in retail buying or category management (preferably non-food)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Fish Monger & Fish Griller
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fish Monger or Fish Griller in Restaurant or FMCG
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fishery environment
- Strong knowledge of fish varieties, quality standards, and preparation methods
Internal Auditor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–4 years of experience in internal or external audit, preferably in the retail sector
- Strong understanding of IFRS and UAE tax regulations (VAT and Corporate Tax)
- Proficient in ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong command of English (reading, writing, and listening)
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, ACCA, CPA) are a plus
