1. Sales Assistant
Role Overview:
Proactively support the Salesman in product sales, stock management, and customer acquisition within the assigned sub-region or route. Maintain the company’s professional image in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Salesman in increasing product distribution and acquiring new customers
- Ensure assigned sales vehicle is kept reasonably clean
- Remove near-expiry products according to company policy
- Maintain shelves and products in good condition
- Update new customer details in the system
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10th Standard education
- 3 years of functional experience in Van Sales
- Knowledge of company products and services
- Team player with adequate communication skills
2. Production Planner
Role Overview:
Prepare, monitor, and update daily production plans to ensure smooth operations and optimal resource utilization across all production sections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and circulate daily production plans
- Review sales orders and develop efficient production schedules
- Assess materials, equipment, and manpower requirements
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Communicate schedules and changes effectively to all teams
- Analyze production performance and generate reports
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in production planning in the F&B industry
- Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Route Sales Representative
Role Overview:
Execute daily delivery and sales plans for assigned retail outlets, ensuring product availability, visibility, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily journey plans and deliver orders on time
- Maintain accurate product loading, unloading, and shelf merchandising
- Achieve sales, visibility, and distribution targets
- Collect payments and submit reconciled documentation
- Monitor product freshness and manage returns/near-expiry stock
- Maintain vehicle and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- Report market intelligence and competitor activity to Sales Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school certificate or equivalent
- Valid UAE manual driving license (3 Ton Pickup)
Experience & Skills:
- 1–2 years FMCG van sales or retail delivery experience
- Strong knowledge of FMCG products, pricing, and sales processes
- Familiarity with regional geography and customer landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to work extended hours
4. Internal Control Manager
Role Overview:
Lead internal control, audit, and risk management functions to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and financial integrity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional qualifications preferred: CIA, CISA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA
- 7–8 years’ experience in internal control, internal audit, or risk management
- Experience in FMCG/manufacturing environments; Big 4 experience preferred
- Experience in publicly listed companies is an advantage
Functional Knowledge & Technical Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, COSO, ICFR frameworks, and risk management methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and internal control/audit tools
- Policy and procedure development
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (ADX, SCA)
- Experience with ERP implementation and finance transformation is desirable
- Certification in finance, internal control, IT, or audit fields
