Al Ghurair Facility Management Jobs 2026
MEP Supervisor – Mall / Retail FM
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of FM experience
- Strong Mall / Retail Facilities Management experience
- Good understanding of mall MEP operations and requirements
- Experience coordinating with retail tenants / retail teams
- Ability to coordinate fit-out inspections, NOC requirements, technical submissions, and site requirements
- Strong team management and client coordination skills
FM Engineer – Commercial Building
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Commercial Building FM experience
- Experience managing FM contracts and budgets
- Strong knowledge of MEP operations, PPM, and reactive maintenance
- Ability to monitor contract performance, KPIs, SLA, and service delivery
- Experience managing technical teams, subcontractors, and service providers
- Good client communication and reporting skills
Assistant Multi-Technician – Residential & Commercial FM
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Residential and Commercial FM experience preferred
- Good knowledge of general MEP maintenance
- Ability to handle preventive and reactive maintenance works
- Multiskilled / hands-on technical experience preferred
