AeroTransCargo Sharjah Jobs: Load Controller – Aviation
Position: Load Controller
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Load Control and Ground Handling
AeroTransCargo (ATC) UAE is Looking For:
- 🎓 Relevant aviation degree and strong industry background
- 🌐 Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- ✈️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in Load Control & Ground Handling
- 🛫 Experience working with Wide Body Freighter Operations (747F)
- 📦 Solid understanding of load planning, weight & balance, and aircraft limitations
- 📤 Proficient in EDI messaging, ENS/ICS2 declarations for EU customs
- 🤝 Strong coordination skills with GHAs, Clients, OCC, and Service Providers
- 🔐 Focused on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Load planning and aircraft weight/balance calculation
- Perform loadability checks and ensure aircraft limitations compliance
- Prepare and transmit accurate EDI messages and EU customs declarations
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers for smooth turnarounds
- Assist with audits, safety inspections, and compliance reviews
