✔️ Customer Service Executive – Freight Forwarding
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Customer Service
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipment status and inquiries
- Provide freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
🔹 Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate with agents, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters
- Arrange bookings for FCL, LCL, air freight, and land freight
- Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers
- Ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays efficiently
🔹 Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations
- Coordinate with customs clearance teams for import/export processes
✅ Requirements
• 2–5 years of freight forwarding experience
• Abu Dhabi experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of logistics operations and documentation
