1. Visual Communication Designer (Female Only)
As a Visual Communication Designer, you will:
• Create impactful marketing materials: brochures, catalogs, event branding, signage, and in-store visuals
• Design digital content: social media posts, reels, stories, website visuals, and video concepts
• Assist in photoshoots and develop campaign visuals with a creative eye
• Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies
• Collaborate with teams to align visuals with brand, sales, and marketing goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design (retail/lifestyle/luxury experience preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of AI tools like MidJourney or Firefly is a plus
• Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for typography, layout, and branding
• Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Detail-oriented, creative, and thrives under tight deadlines
2. Videographer (Female Only)
Key Responsibilities:
🞗 Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social platforms, website, and retail spaces
🞗 Operate and manage cameras, lighting, and sound equipment professionally
🞗 Deliver polished final outputs using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools
🞗 Create short and long-form videos: reels, ads, behind-the-scenes, product stories, and campaign visuals
🞗 Work closely with creative and marketing teams to bring brand-aligned video concepts to life
🞗 Ensure visual and brand consistency across all motion content
🞗 Organize and maintain video equipment, raw footage, and archives
🞗 Stay current with videography trends, editing styles, and content trends on social platforms
Requirements:
• Freelancer & Filipina candidates preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or Visual Communication (preferred)
• 2–3 years of proven videography and editing experience in interior, lifestyle, retail, or real estate sectors
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of camera work, lighting, and storytelling aesthetics
• Able to manage solo shoots and meet deadlines efficiently
