Position: Hotel & Airport Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests at both the airport and hotel locations, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Provide support with check-ins, conduct welcome briefings, and offer helpful local guidance.
- Share detailed information and make personalized recommendations for tours, excursions, and attractions across the UAE.
- Proactively promote and upsell tour packages and experiences to guests.
- Communicate effectively with hotels, airport teams, and internal operations to ensure seamless guest service.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints related to service, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Submit daily activity reports and guest feedback to the head office for continuous improvement.
- Uphold the brand’s positive image through professional, courteous, and guest-focused service.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of local tourism offerings across the UAE.
- Presentable, proactive, and customer-service-oriented.
