Eligibility & Requirements
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality or hotel industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience with luxury hospitality brands is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
