Open Positions:
- Sales Executive
- Telesales Executive
Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base
- Handle service processing from initiation to completion
- Pursue new sales leads and close deals effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Engage in quotation discussions with clients and provide detailed product information
- Conduct client visits and deliver compelling in-person presentations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding sales
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong knowledge of Air, Sea & Land freight
- Based in Dubai with good knowledge of the local market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Existing client network in the UAE
- UAE Driving License
Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients
- Handle daily administrative tasks, emails, and reports
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls, providing product details and quotations
- Maintain client records and databases
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Knowledge of Air, Sea & Land freight
- Based in Dubai with good knowledge of the local market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Prior telesales or admin experience is a plus
